First off I want to say thank you to everyone who will be following along with this journey I’m about to go on. I’ll be dropped off at training camp tomorrow, and I’ll be saying bye to my family on Sunday.

I’m super excited about this whole trip, and that’s the main emotion that I’m feeling, though obviously I’m sad about having to be away from those I love for so long. However, I know that the Lord will be with me the whole time and He’ll be there to comfort me when I’m upset and missing home.

I can’t wait to share what I’ll be learning with all of you guys.
